Het lijkt erop dat voormalig wonderkind (nog steeds een beetje, maar ze is onderhand te oud om haar nog een kind te blijven noemen Joss Stone binnenkort weer iets van zich laat horen. Regisseur Bryan Barber (Outkast, John Legend, Christina Aguilera) is ingehuurd om een clip op te nemen bij een nummer dat Tell me 'bout it heet. Videoclips.blog is nog steeds het meest gecharmeerd van de vrolijke video bij Super Duper Love en hoopt dat deze nieuwe video weer diezelfde kant op gaat!
Dat hoop ik niet. Joss Stone is geweldig, maar die videoclip vond ik een beetje over the top.

Woohoo, an international audience for my blog!
I’m not sure I agree though. Is it really “their” fault if a single doesn’t become a hit? Sometimes it just isn’t meant to be I guess.
Also, she could do more promoting herself. More concerts, more tours, more interviews, more tv-performances… that’s how you get publicity.
Then again, maybe Joss is happy with the way her career is going right now. It can be a lot of pressure being a superstar. No privacy, no personal life etc. I could certainly understand if she wanted to be “just” a succesful singer and not necessarily a superstar.
