Er vallen een hele hoop goede dingen te zeggen over deze videoclip. Hij is vrolijk, hij is grappig, hij is anders en voor de fans moet het een feest zijn om de kleine Destiny's Child reünie te zien (Michelle Williams en Kelly Rowland doen ook mee). In het begin, als Beyonce nog vooral zwoel in de camera kijkt, lijkt het heel eventjes een vermoeiende standaard-video te worden. Maar zodra iedereen vlak daarna maffe dansjes begint uit te voeren weet je dat dit iets aparts is.
Als de dames de club binnen komen lopen ontstaat er zelfs een heus musical-moment (Who is it? Who is it? Who is it? Who is it? It's me. Who is it?), maar dat wordt helaas niet echt verder uitgewerkt. We moeten het doen met de komische dansjes en af en toe (Touch your heels, touch your toes) zijn die echt heel erg maf. Alles oogt fris en vrolijk, iedereen heeft er zin in en het enthousiasme spat bijna van het scherm af. Erg leuk dus…

…met 6:42 minuten wil er maar geen einde aan komen. Het is een leuke video, echt, maar niet leuk en gevarieerd genoeg om zolang te blijven boeien. Na drie minuten begint de verveling al lichtelijk toe te slaan en de video doet vanaf dat moment helaas ook geen moeite meer om nieuwe elementen te introduceren. Het blijft bij maffe dansjes.
Nog steeds een voldoende, maar met een ingekorte versie had deze videoclip een ruime voldoende verdiend.
En de muziek?
Voor de muziek geldt ongeveer hetzelfde als voor de videoclip. Get Me Bodied is een razendknap nummer dat voor eens en voor altijd Beyonce's talent bewijst (als dat nog steeds nodig was). Bijna volledig zonder begeleidende muziek is het volledig Beyonce's stem die hier een erg indrukwekkend en swingend nummer van maakt. Echt iets bijzonders, maar met 6:42 toch een beetje teveel van het goede..

Mijn hemel! wat moet dit nummer voorstellen?? Vreselijk irritant met dat body body en weet ik veel allemaal wat. Dan was dat nummer van Avril Lavigne (girlfriend) toch iets minder irritant ookal hoorde je heey heey you you (wat me overigens NIET zo irriteerde)er tussen. Dit nummer en die kitty kat vind ik allemaal niet mooi
Geweldige video én nummer. Het tweede gedeelte is een remix, dus eigenlijk is het nummer niet zo lang. Maar juist het remixgedeelte in de video is erg leuk/apart om te zien.

Ik vind de clips van Beyoncé altijd heel erg goed en origineel, deze is daar geen uitzondering op. Ze slaagt er telkens in om de clip tot een goed geheel te brengen.
Vooral het dansgedeelte en de verschijning van kelly en michelle is fantastisch.
